Hero Pets uses your pet photo, name, email, and delivery address so we can make the picture and send the print.

The photo is used to make the costume picture, then sent to our UK printer. Card payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiry, or CVC — Stripe keeps those. If you create an account we store your name, email, and delivery address so you can reorder.

We keep order details to find your order and handle reprints. We do not sell your email or photos. If we close an account we keep the email and account id on a private block list so that login cannot be used again.

We also count visits, so we can see which pages, costumes, and steps people use. That count is a random number saved in the browser. It is not your name, email, or address. The desk shows totals only.

To ask us to delete an order or a photo, email hello@heropets.co.uk.
