Hero Pets is a small UK shop. We sell made-to-order pet pictures. By paying you ask us to put your photo in a costume, print it in the UK, and post it to the address you give.
How an order works
Prints are made in the UK and posted with tracking. UK and Ireland usually take 7–12 days. Other countries take longer.
Cancellation
Prints are made to order from your photo. UK distance-selling rules normally give you 14 days to cancel. That right ends when we send the job to the printer. Cancel before then for a refund. If a print arrives damaged or is not as described, we reprint or refund.
You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Send a normal photo of your pet. Do not send adult, sexual, violent, illegal, or hateful pictures, or pictures of people that are not a family snapshot with a pet. We can refuse a photo, cancel an order, or close an account if a picture breaks these rules or our upload check.
Accounts
Guest checkout works without an account. If you create an account we keep your orders and delivery details. We can close an account that sends photos we cannot print. A closed account cannot sign in. Write to hello@heropets.co.uk if you think that was a mistake.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Shipping is extra and shown at checkout.
Small, medium, and large posters are museum-quality matte paper. Small, medium, and large canvas are fade-resistant and hand-stretched over a solid wood frame, with mounting brackets included. They are printed in the UK, then posted. We do not sell mugs, magnets, or other goods from overseas.
