Reprints, refunds, and cancellation
Prints are made to order from your photo. UK distance-selling rules normally give you 14 days to cancel. That right ends when we send the job to the printer. Cancel before then for a refund. If a print arrives damaged or is not as described, we reprint or refund.
Damaged or not as described
Email photos of the parcel and the print within 14 days to hello@heropets.co.uk. We reprint and reship, or refund.
You don’t like the picture
You see the picture before you pay. If we haven’t sent it to the printer yet, we can cancel and refund, or try the costume again. Once it’s with Printful we can’t stop it.
